Description:

Up to 48 Goldwind permanent magnet direct drive turbines to be installed in the central highlands of Tasmania. Construction started in Q1 2018, with 150 jobs created during construction and 10 permanent maintenance staff employed when fully operational in 2019. In partnership between Goldwind & Power China Resource Limited (PCR), a subsidiary of POWERCHINA Ltd.

  • 2017, May : Federal Department of the Environment & Energy agreed to variation of conditions of approval
