At AltEnergy we’ve been busy over the last few months organising a complete overhaul and upgrade of our website (www.altenergy.com.au) to make it more appealing to users and offer a range of new and enhanced services.
You should already have received an overview about these changes, including information about our new Megawatt Package, in a separate email. For full details about all the new features included in our enhanced services visit our Products webpage at www.altenergy.com.au/products
Please note however that as we are migrating our service to a new website host and server we are required to reset all existing passwords.
In order to do this you will need to login to the new website at https://altenergy.com.au/login using your existing user name (your email address) and this temporary password:
Once you have logged in go straight to the My Account page at https://altenergy.com.au/profile, select the Change Password option, and enter your own personalised password.
This is the password to use when logging in for all consequent visits and will provide you access to the Kilowatt service, which replaces your existing AltEnergy service.
Once you have reset your password email us at hello@altenergy.com.au to receive access to our new Megawatt service for free on a trial basis. There will be a more general free trial period for the Megawatt service once we have completed the password reset process.
We apologise for the brief inconvenience of asking you to reset your password, but we think this will be more than compensated for with a new-look website, upgraded services, and the opportunity to trial our new product.
